Me:  "Bear, have you seen Boston? It's time for him to come in."
Bear:  (Smiling) "Nope, haven't seen him."

Bear the Dog

Meet Bear, he is my happy go lucky German Shepherd Mix dog (I think he is mixed with Australian Shepherd because he loves to herd). He is 1 1/2 years old.  Bear came to us when he was just 8 weeks old. I searched for a puppy for a couple of months before I found Bear at the animal shelter.  We fell in love with each other.
He is smart, sweet and funny!

Boston the Boston Terrier, he's a gentleman.

This is Boston, the Boston Terrier.  He is about 2 years old. Boston is my daughter's dog.  They came to live with us in January.  He is a  well mannered, very sweet, energetic dog.  He loves the water and attacks the sprinkler when it is turned on.  His antics and facial expressions are always entertaining.  And yes, he has awful gas at times...but he looks at you like it was your fault.

Kat the Dog

Say hello to Kat the German Short Hair Pointer.  She came to us as a small baby puppy.  The people who had her already had a Yorkie and they said their Yorkie did not want her there. Well, who could say no to such a tiny small runt dog.  I took her home, that was 7 years ago. She has bonded to my husband and follows him around all the time.  She is very good at pouting. She is a typical girl and has her moods.  She has a an extreme fear of thunderstorms, firecrackers and loud noises.  Just recently if I even pick up my camera she runs for cover.

Dog Owner's Prayer

I found this cute prayer and made this picture for my scrap book.
These are my dogs: Kat, Speck (who is no longer with us) and Bear.
I will be introducing you to the dogs that live here with me in the next  few posts,
they are characters and have such different personalities.
I know you will love them!
